Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling interfaces that allow users to understand affordances and task flows throughout.
• Collaborate with other designers to create a product design. Youll work on interactive components and define their behavior.
• Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
• You find reasonable design solutions, produce detailed visual mocks, and work with developers to build them.
• Gauge the usability of existing and new features and make constructive suggestions for change.
• You actively look for opportunities to improve the product in innovative ways.
• You can understand the technical limitations behind your design decisions and have the ability to communicate your ideas to our developers/engineers. Its important that your designs are production feasible.
• You have a refined aesthetic sense and can both work within and expand upon the style
• Identify and implement appropriate AI tools and capabilities to enhance media production speed, quality, and scale, ensuring all AI-generated media aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate(Flash), After Effects, Premier, Adobe XD/Invision, and knowledge of rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate and others
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Proficiency in Visual Design and its principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others etc) and working knowledge of how those principles work together
• Should have a good communication skills : English language knowledge, verbal and written both
• Hands-on Visual Design/Motion Design/Animation experience
• Knowledge and practical experience with AI-powered media creation tools (e.g., text-to-image generators, generative video/animation tools, or AI-assisted editing software).

Qualification and Experience

• Design degree (BFA/MFA) or equivalent field.
• Diploma/certification in Web Designing or Multimedia.
• Experience in the eLearning industry experience or related creative discipline.
