The Opportunity

This role sits at the center of a fastpaced, collaborative environment where design meets strategy. Youll work on highvisibility client deliverables, contribute to creative concepts, and ensure every output reflects a professional, consistent brand identity.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple design projects, setting priorities to meet timelines and budgets
• Design, format, and edit client documents such as reports, presentations, and manuals
• Produce highquality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print, digital, and presentation formats
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and document repositories with version control
• Address design challenges with creative, practical solutions
• Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers
• Review output for quality and consistency
• Contribute to design strategy and brand initiatives

What You Bring

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• A sharp eye for detailtypography, spacing, layout, and accuracy matter
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadlinedriven environment
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
• Awareness of current design trends and visual aesthetics
