Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Kolkata. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing branding materials, designing logos, and working on typography-related projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful and cohesive visual content that aligns with the companys goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create visually appealing banners, posters, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing team to align designs with campaign goals
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Must Have Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives & ad designs
• Basic understanding of marketing & audience psychology
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience working with schools, coaching institutes, or EdTech brands
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
• Familiarity with branding and campaign strategy
