Role Overview

IllusTech Infoway Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Coordinator to manage and streamline the organizations visual communication and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, brand identity development, and coordination of creative projects. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency and quality across all branding and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination: Manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept to final delivery.

Brand Identity Development: Work closely on building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity for the organization.

Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, and management) to align design requirements.

Quality Control: Ensure all visual outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Project Management: Track multiple design tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

Vendor/On-site Coordination: Handle basic coordination work that may require travel.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, coordination, or a related field.

Must own a vehicle for travel-related tasks.

Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Basic understanding of social media creatives and marketing visuals.

Familiarity with design trends and branding strategies.
