We are looking for high-potential Graduate Management Trainees (GMTs) to join our Marketing and Operations verticals. This role is designed for fresh MBA graduates who are eager to work in a fast-paced, deep-tech environment and gain hands-on exposure to product commercialization, strategic operations, and market development.

As a GMT, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, business strategy, and leadership, contributing to real-world projects from day one.

• Support development of go-to-market strategies for deep-tech products and solutions
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry mapping
• Assist in creating technical marketing content (case studies, brochures, blogs, LinkedIn campaigns)
• Work on lead generation, outreach campaigns, and client engagement strategies
• Support branding initiatives aligned with Morphedos innovation positioning
  

• Assist in project coordination and execution across R&D and engineering teams
• Support project tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Work on process optimization and workflow improvements
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for timely execution
• Contribute to quality checks, logistics planning, and operational efficiency initiatives
  

• MBA (Marketing / Operations / Strategy) Freshers or 01 year experience
• Mandatory: Bachelors degree in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
  

• AI-First Mindset (Mandatory): Strong working knowledge of AI tools and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools, data analysis tools) with the ability to integrate AI into daily work processes. Candidates must demonstrate how they can leverage AI to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve productivitynot just for administrative work, but across engineering, product development, research, marketing, and operational workflows.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into meaningful business insights, supported by data-driven reasoning.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Curiosity & Learning Mindset: Deep interest in emerging technologies, especially in AI, deep-tech innovation, and evolving industry practices.

• Execution Focus: Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently, with a structured and outcome-driven approach.

• Collaboration: Comfortable working across cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between engineering, business, and strategy.

• Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, and accountable, with a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement.

• Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization
• Hands-on experience in deep-tech industries (Aerospace, MedTech, AI, IoT)
