Governance Operations Coordinator

Life on the Team

You will be part of the Performance Management / OCIO function, working in a structured and process-driven environment that focuses on governance, audit, and compliance activities. The team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, service delivery teams, and auditors to ensure all processes meet required standards and expectations. In this role, accuracy, documentation, and timelines are critical, and you will play a key role in maintaining audit readiness, operational transparency, and driving continuous improvement across processes.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audit activities end-to-end
• Act as the primary point of contact for audit requests, ensuring timely responses
• Track, document, and maintain audit evidence, reports, and compliance records
• Work with teams to collect required data, validate documentation, and close audit findings
• Monitor and follow up on audit actions, risks, and remediation plans
• Prepare and share status reports, dashboards, and audit summaries with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements

What Youll Need

• Experience in audit coordination, compliance, governance, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of process management and documentation practices
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and documentation systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy in audit documentation
• Basic understanding of IT services, service management, or ITIL processes (preferred)
