Job Description

As Solutions Lead for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for continuously creating market-ready solutions on GCP, enabling the sales team to take them to clients, and building the delivery and solutions team that brings it all to life.

This is not a pure-play architect role. You will need to think commercially understanding which solutions sell, what clients in Insurance, Retail, and CPG need, and how to package JK Techs capabilities (including our Gen AI platform JIVA) into compelling, repeatable offerings on Google Cloud. You will also own hiring: identifying the right talent, building the right team structure, and ensuring JK Tech has the GCP competency depth needed to win and deliver.

What Youll Own

Solution Building & Market Readiness


Continuously build and evolve GCP solutions that are aligned to market demand not just technically sound, but commercially viable and sellable across JK Techs target verticals (Insurance, Retail, CPG).

Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept frameworks on GCP that the sales team can demonstrate and the delivery team can deploy at scale.

Stay ahead of the GCP product roadmap identify new services, features, and capabilities that can be turned into differentiated offerings for JK Tech.

Package solutions with clear business value: ROI narratives, TCO comparisons, and outcome-based positioning that resonates with CXO buyers, not just technical evaluators.


Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market

Partner closely with the sales team to ensure they understand what we can build, what weve built, and how to position it. Be the technical backbone behind every major GCP pursuit.

Join client conversations and pre-sales calls to articulate solution value, scope engagements, and build confidence with prospective clients.

Collaborate with the Alliance Lead to align solution development with Google Clouds co-sell priorities and partner program requirements (specialisations, competencies).


Team Building & Competency Development

Build the GCP solutions and delivery team from the ground up: define roles, hire the right people, and create a team structure that can both innovate and deliver.

Own the GCP competency roadmap for JK Tech identify skill gaps, drive certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, ML Engineer, etc.), and ensure the team maintains the depth needed for specialisation milestones.

Mentor and develop engineers and architects within the team, creating a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence on GCP.

Make smart hiring decisions: prioritise people who combine GCP depth with delivery discipline and a willingness to operate in a fast-moving environment.


Delivery Excellence

Ensure solutions are not just designed well but delivered well own delivery quality for GCP engagements, step in when projects need technical leadership, and hold the team accountable to timelines and outcomes.

Establish delivery frameworks, estimation models, and quality gates specific to GCP projects so the team can scale without sacrificing quality.

Work with clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.


What Were Looking For

Must-Have

8+ years of hands-on experience building on Google Cloud this is non-negotiable. You should have deep, current expertise across core GCP services (Compute, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, etc.).

Proven track record of designing and delivering production-grade solutions on GCP for enterprise clients, not just PoCs or sandbox experiments.

Experience building and leading a technical team hiring, mentoring, structuring, and scaling a delivery/solutions function.

Strong business acumen: you understand client pain points, can articulate ROI, and know the difference between a technically elegant solution and one that actually sells.

Familiarity with Google Cloud partner specialisations and competency requirements you know what it takes to achieve and maintain them.

Based in Bangalore or Noida, with willingness to travel to client sites and JK Tech offices as needed.


What Sets You Apart

Experience building solutions at the intersection of Cloud + Data + AI, particularly with Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, or Generative AI services on GCP.

Background in Insurance, Retail, or CPG verticals you understand the domain, not just the technology.

Prior experience at a Google Cloud partner organisation where you were responsible for both winning and delivering GCP work.

Exposure to AI orchestration platforms or agentic AI workflows bonus if youve worked with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.

Youve contributed to or led Google Cloud specialisation or competency achievements for a partner firm.
