About the role:

We're looking for a Google Ads Strategist who understands that AI amplifies strategy, not replaces it. You'll own campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max combining machine learning with sharp human judgment.

What you will own:

Design, launch, and scale Search, Demand Gen, and PMax campaigns

Guide Google's automation through clean signals and strategic constraints

Structure accounts for faster machine learning (quality over volume)

Define audience signals, asset strategies, and creative inputs

Actively manage spend, exclusions, and inefficiencies

Test hypotheses with performance data, not just report numbers

Experiment with new features, betas, and AI-powered workflows

What we are looking for:

36 years hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Demand Gen, PMax)

Deep understanding of Google's AI and bidding algorithms

Experience with conversion modeling, value-based bidding, and attribution

Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and ad copy ideation

Able to balance automation with human judgment

Willing to work onsite in Chennai

Good to have:

International or high-budget account experience

Strong grasp of GA4 and GTM

Agency background with performance accountability
