Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end electrical product design & development for international markets

Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and product competitiveness

Manage failure analysis, product improvement, and corrective actions

Ensure compliance with IEC, ISO, CE, IEEE, UL, CSA and other global standards

Lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Build and mentor a strong R&D team focused on innovation and delivery

Drive IoT and smart technology integration into products

Track global trends and introduce new technologies for business growth

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Support customer meetings, strategy reviews, and product roadmap discussions

Ideal Profile:

Senior leadership experience in Electrical R&D / Engineering

Strong knowledge in product development for export markets

Expertise in global certifications and compliance

Strategic mindset with strong people leadership skills

Experience in connected / digital products preferred
