Role Overview

• Build and deploy scalable applications using LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Work on real-world AI applications (not just experimentation)
• Contribute across AI development, backend engineering, and deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using modern frameworks
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop backend services using Python
• Work with vector databases and embedding models
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and response quality
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Deploy and manage solutions on AWS / cloud platforms

Must-Have Skills

• Very strong hands-on experience in Python
• Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Experience building RAG pipelines
• Good understanding of APIs, backend development, and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Experience building production-grade AI applications

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD pipelines
• Experience in pharma / life sciences domain
