Role Description

Location : Ahmedabad (on-site)

We're looking for a full-stack builder with 23 years of experience who lives inside the modern AI development stack. You'll own features end-to-end - from a Slack message/vague email requirements describing a problem to a production deploy - across multiple client projects. You'll work directly with the founder and have real ownership of what gets built and how.

This is a builder role and not a "prompt engineer" role. We don't care how clever your one-shot prompts are. We care about the workflows you've actually shipped. If you're looking for a 9-to-5 where someone hands you specs, this isn't it. If you're looking for an environment where you ship fast, get unfiltered feedback, and can point to production work two months in, read on.

What you'll do

• Ship features end-to-end on MERN stack (React/Next, PostgreSQL, NoSql) and Serverless technologies
• Build Claude-orchestrated workflows that solve real client problems in production - keep human in the loop approach for manual verification and debugging.
• Ensures Context improvements workflows are built to the Claude-orchestrated workflows and manual verification where needed.
• Own deploys, debugging, and customer-facing fixes - not just write code and hand it off.

What we're looking for

• You actively use Claude Code in your daily workflow - you have an opinionated CLAUDE.md, you've written or used custom skills or subagents, and you understand what MCP servers do.
• You've automated 23 production workflows using Claude or similar AI tooling - real things real users touch, not demos. You have built your own impactful Claude code skills, hooks and workflows.
• Working familiarity with at least one orchestration tool: Conductor, Cline, Cursor, or Aider
• You ship. You read change-logs and keep yourself up-to-date with tooling updates. You take ownership without being asked twice.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal - you'll be on Slack, calls, and async docs with clients daily.
• Not just prompt engineering but real
• Have "Invent and Simplify" and "Ownership" mindset.

Preferred / nice to have

• Prior experience in IT services or consulting, working directly on client projects with external stakeholders
• Public Claude skill, MCP server, or open-source contributions
• Participated in hackathons.
• Experience working with US or international clients
• DevOps comfort (CI/CD, Docker, basic infra-as-code)
• A GitHub history that shows you and AI tools shipping things together
