What You'll Do

• Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns
• Create social media visuals, reels covers, carousels, and story formats across client accounts
• Build landing page mockups, website banners, and funnel assets
• Design pitch decks, proposals, and brand collateral
• Iterate rapidly on A/B test variants based on performance data
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client identities simultaneously

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of design experience, preferably in a marketing agency or startup
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects is a plus)
• Portfolio demonstrating performance-oriented design ads, landing pages, and social content
• Ability to translate briefs into scroll-stopping visuals quickly
• Understanding of what makes creatives convert, not just look good
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and industries at the same time

Good to Have

• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
• Familiarity with meta ad formats and sizing specs
• Experience designing for EdTech, Finance, or D2C brands
