Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer with GenAI experience at Coast Health Inc.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative back-end and front-end solutions that will revolutionize the industry.

An ideal candidate should have the following experience and or passion to build -

- building end to end products

- LLM-based agentic Systems

- retrieval augmented generation, contextualization, query enhancement, reranking etc.

- mitigating hallucination and building policy based guardrails

- Intelligent data crawling using LLMs, CV models, Playwright etc.

- building high-performance, cost effective solutions using SQL/document/vector databases

- building AI training and fine tuning pipelines

- real time Human Feedback ingestion

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our founders to strategize on new features and AI products
• Build cutting-edge products leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and LLMs.
• Innovate solutions by anticipating potential challenges, modeling scenarios, and developing robust fixes.
• Drive the end-to-end implementation and testing of LLM integrations within our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Go, Python, React and modern front-end technologies.
• Strong experience in developing scalable web applications and backend APIs.
• Expertise in test-driven development and familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
