Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized reception space.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and office administration teams.
  • Assist with basic office documentation and record keeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 13 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling corporate office reception.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
