Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Associate to support financial planning, business performance analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in tracking financial performance, preparing insightful reports, and partnering with business teams to drive data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end P&L tracking and analysis, providing insights on business performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.

2. Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and management reporting packs for timely decision-making.

3. Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.

4. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, support budgeting/forecasting, and improve financial visibility.

5. Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly understand business processes, numbers, and operational dynamics.

Preferred Skills

1. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus.

2. Sharp analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

3. Experience in startups, e-commerce, D2C, consumer internet, or high-growth businesses is an advantage.
