Founding Technical Lead (Hands on)

Role Description

This is a full-time Technical Lead position based in Navi Mumbai. You will take ownership of:

• Technical architecture & roadmap design the platform's enterprise-scale modules, and translate product vision into a multi-quarter engineering plan
• Architecture and delivery of our Spring Boot + React platform
• Training and deploying in-house AI/ML models cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, transaction categorization, and many other use cases
• Building bank/ERP integrations (SWIFT, SFTP, REST APIs)
• Enterprise-grade security: RBAC, maker-checker, audit logs, encryption
• Hiring and mentoring a small backend/full-stack/ML team
• Shipping with the founder directly, without layers

Skill sets required:

• 59 years building production systems, with deep Spring Boot expertise
• Proven AI/ML chops trained, deployed, and maintained models in production (not just notebooks); strong with Python ML stack, model serving, and MLOps fundamentals
• Demonstrable architecture ownership you've designed systems from scratch, made hard trade-offs, and authored technical roadmaps that actually shipped
• Hands-on experience designing REST APIs, data models, and reconciliation-grade data pipelines
• Shipped enterprise B2B SaaS (ideally fintech, ERP, or anything CFO-adjacent)
• Owned cloud infra (AWS preferred), CI/CD, and observability end-to-end
• Operated in early-stage startups comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and customer interactions

Compensation: Fixed Pay + ESOPs
