Job Description

Role Overview

You will be the execution backbone of MyOperators Founders Office. Your job is to take ambiguous, high-priority ideas from the CRO and COO, convert them into structured plans with clear owners and timelines, and drive them to completion across sales, operations, and product teams without requiring constant follow-ups.


On any given day, you might be diagnosing a conversion drop-off in the lead-to-revenue funnel, building a multi-step n8n workflow that connects CRM events to Google Chat alerts, deploying an AI tool to auto-generate weekly pipeline reports, or restructuring a Zoho CRM module to fix data hygiene issues. You will own the systems that run the business CRM, automations, dashboards, integrations and use AI tooling to eliminate repetitive manual work.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will work across every team, report directly to founders, and be expected to diagnose and fix problems not escalate them. High visibility, high autonomy, high accountability.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Founder Execution Engine Receive ambiguous directives from CRO/COO, break them into task lists with owners, timelines, and success criteria. Track completion across teams (sales, ops, product) and close loops without needing follow-up from founders.
  • Revenue Operations Monitoring Monitor the lead-to-revenue funnel end-to-end: track lead sources, conversion rates at each stage (MQL SQL Demo Close), identify drop-off points, and recommend specific process or workflow changes to reduce time-to-close.
  • CRM Ownership & Data Hygiene Own Zoho CRM configuration and adoption. Set up and maintain pipeline stages, custom fields, and reporting views. Identify data gaps, flag adoption issues across sales teams, and drive improvements so the CRM is the single source of truth for all deal activity.
  • Automation & Integration Build multi-step automation workflows using n8n (or equivalent). Connect CRM events to email notifications, follow-up sequences, reporting triggers, and cross-tool data syncs. Read API documentation to troubleshoot and extend integrations between tools.
  • AI Enablement Identify repetitive tasks across sales and ops (report generation, data compilation, meeting summaries) and deploy AI tools (GPT-based, Claude, or custom scripts) to automate them. Measure time saved and output quality.
  • Real-Time Dashboards Build and maintain dashboards (Zoho Analytics, Google Sheets, or equivalent) that give founders live visibility into: deal velocity, funnel conversion rates, team activity, and execution status of founder-initiated projects.
  • Cross-Team Problem Solving Step into broken processes across sales, support, and ops teams. Diagnose the root cause, implement a fix, and document the solution without escalating back to founders.


Requirements Must Have

  • 24 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or a founders office / Chief of Staff role at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Hands-on CRM experience with Zoho CRM (preferred), Salesforce, or HubSpot including pipeline setup, custom field configuration, report building, and data hygiene enforcement.
  • Built and deployed multi-step automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make not just single-action triggers. Can demonstrate at least 2 workflows with conditional logic and cross-tool data passing.
  • Can read API documentation, understand request/response structures (JSON, REST), and independently troubleshoot integration issues between SaaS tools without requiring engineering support.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, array formulas, and building operational trackers that teams actually use daily.
  • Has built at least one dashboard or tracker that was actively used by leadership for decision-making (will be asked for a live walkthrough or screenshots during the interview).


Requirements Good to Have

  • Direct reporting experience to founders, CXOs, or C-suite executives in a prior role.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom GPT workflows) for actual work output not just experimentation. Can show specific examples of AI-augmented deliverables.
  • Working understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics lead generation, MQL/SQL definitions, attribution models, and how they connect to revenue.
  • Basic design sense for landing pages, internal wikis, or user journey maps (using Notion, Figma, or similar).
  • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth company (Series AC, sub-500 employees) where scope was earned through initiative, not assigned through hierarchy.

  • People who escalate problems to managers instead of diagnosing root causes and implementing fixes themselves.
  • People uncomfortable with APIs, unfamiliar SaaS tools, or learning new technical systems quickly and independently.
