Pace Robotics, incubated by SINE IIT Bombay and backed by Pidilite Ventures and IIMA Ventures, is transforming building construction with intelligent, multi-tasking robots. We've launched India's first multi-tasking construction robot in partnership with Sobha Ltd, the most renowned real estate developer across India and the Middle East and have secured pre-order interests from top-tier firms in the region. Our flagship product, Centa Painter, automates paint, putty, and sanding for building interiors. Now, we're scaling deployments to seize global leadership in construction robotics within 24 months along with development on new robots for additional use cases across construction finishes.

About the Role

Youll work directly alongside the Founder to drive Pace Robotics operational and strategic growth. This is a high-ownership generalist role where you will bring cross-functional expertise spanning operations, marketing, and finance and will help shape the next chapter of our impact. What Youll Own

• Be the Founders right hand in everything from hiring, product management, performance management, financial planning, marketing and all internal/external communication.
• Independently coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners to deliver results across above functions.
• Lead and execute strategic, cross-functional projects that optimize, and scale our business processes, always with a sharp eye for adopting the best technology.
• Track, measure, and report on KPIs; analyse performance and build dashboards to drive operational excellence.
• Design research and market analysis that directly inform our GTM strategy, pricing and business models, and growth objectives.
• Stay plugged into global trends in robotics, construction, and startups. Your learnings will fuel our innovation.
• Own the preparation of internal MIS reports, performance analytics, and action plans to align our teams with growth goals.

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Preferred) and MBA (or equivalent) from a top institute, with 1-3 years post-MBA experience.
• You are a highly efficient program manager. You are organized and methodical, energetic, and ready to run multiple high stakes, high impact critical initiatives solo.
• You have strong foundations in business strategy and finance and are eager to apply your skills and knowledge to create meaningful impact.
• You can communicate with precision, clarity, and impact, translating complex ideas into simple, actionable steps.
• You are an entrepreneur at heart, thrive in uncertainty, have a strong bias towards action, and love turning chaos into opportunity.
• You are a highly curious, technology-first problem solver always looking for smarter ways to solve complex challenges.
