Hiring: Founders Office Retail (Fresher)

Location: Mumbai

At RINGS & I, we are building a new-age, personalised diamond jewellery brand where every product starts with a customers story. We are looking for a fresher (MBA Operations or equivalent) who wants to learn retail from the ground up and grow into a Retail Lead over time.

What youll do:

Work closely with the founders on day-to-day retail operations

Get hands-on exposure across stores sales, customer experience, business operations

Help build and improve processes as we scale

Take ownership of projects and learn by doing, not observing
