Founder’s Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Founders Associate to work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, product, and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who wants to gain first-hand experience in building and scaling a global technology business.

You will act as an extension of the foundersolving problems, executing key initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution

Assist in planning and executing company-wide strategic initiatives

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping

Support fundraising, partnerships, and international expansion strategies

2. Operations & Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (tech, design, sales) to drive execution

Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables

Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

3. Product & Business Development

Collaborate on product development and feature prioritization

Assist in client interactions, demos, and proposal creation

Support go-to-market strategies for new products and features

4. Founder Support

Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents

Handle high-priority tasks and special projects

Act as a sounding board for ideas and decision-making

Who You Should Be

Highly proactive and self-driven with a strong ownership mindset

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Prior experience in startups, consulting, tech, or business roles is a plus

Interest in AI, 3D tech, e-commerce, or the jewelry/fashion industry is preferred

Working Structure

This is a hybrid role

Majority of work will be remote

45 in-person meetings per month will be required for alignment, strategy discussions, and key reviews

The role may require working across American and European time zones depending on client and business needs
