About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer / Software Engineer to build scalable, cloud-native applications and modern platform capabilities with practical exposure to Generative AI technologies.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world engineering problems, writing production-grade code, and working across backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows. You will work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that integrate modern software engineering practices with emerging GenAI capabilities.

We are particularly interested in builders engineers who actively code, contribute to architecture decisions, and have current or recent experience developing backend or full-stack systems in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend or full-stack applications
• Build and maintain cloud-native services and APIs using AWS
• Develop reliable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features
• Work on platform engineering, microservices, integrations, and automation workflows
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows
• Build or integrate AI-powered product features using modern GenAI tools and frameworks
• Work on practical GenAI use cases such as:
• LLM integrations
• Prompt engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• AI-assisted workflows
• Intelligent automation features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application reliability and performance

Must-Have Requirements

• 37 years of professional software engineering or software development experience
• Strong hands-on coding and problem-solving skills
• Experience building backend systems, APIs, or cloud-native applications
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and scalable architecture
• Experience working with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as:
• Java
• Python
• Node.js
• Go
• Similar backend-focused technologies
• Experience with databases, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Understanding of modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and containerized deployments
• Practical understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications
• Exposure to GenAI implementations such as:
• LLM-based applications
• Prompt workflows
• AI feature integrations
• RAG-based systems
• ML-assisted automation

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or platform engineering environments
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Bedrock, or similar GenAI ecosystems
• Frontend development exposure using React, TypeScript, or modern web technologies
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or workflow automation systems
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization
