Lets keep it simple. If you havent shipped a mobile app that real people used, this isnt the right role yet.

We are not looking for someone who followed tutorials, built a few class projects, or has a GitHub full of half-finished repos. We are looking for someone who built something, put it in front of users, and dealt with the aftermath: crash reports, feedback, and retention cycles.

College projects count if they have real users outside your friend group.

Side projects count if you shipped them to the Play Store or App Store and got installs.

Freelance work counts if you maintained it after launch.

What This Is

You'll build production-grade Flutter apps for Android and iOS with real users depending on them daily. You wont be maintaining legacy codebases or working through a backlog of pre-scoped tickets. You will build features end-to-end: from understanding user needs to watching code perform in production.

This is a small team without layers of review. You will ship code that matters, break things occasionally, and fix them. If that sounds stressful, this isn't the role. If it sounds like the fastest way to master software, it is.

What You'll Do

Full Ownership: Build cross-platform apps in Flutter. You own the whole feature, incl. UI, state management, API integration, and performance optimization.

API Integration: Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Handle JSON, network errors, auth tokens, and local state sync.

Production Release: Ship to real users on the Play Store and App Store. Manage release cycles, device testing, and app updates.

Debugging: Trace logs and fix production issues reported by users.

Optimization: Profile apps for startup speed and animation smoothness.

Product Thinking: Translate "users need X" into a design and iterate based on feedback. No handoff culture we own outcomes.

What We Need From You

Flutter Proficiency: You understand widgets, state, and the build lifecycle. You can write apps with AI and ship fast.

Shipping Experience: At least one app shipped to real users (Play Store, App Store, or TestFlight).

State Management: Expertise in Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX. You know when to use them versus simple setState().

Independent Debugging: You read errors, check logs, and reproduce issues locally.

Production Knowledge: Understanding of debug vs. release builds, signing keys, and provisioning profiles.

Maintainable Code: Clean variable names, reasonable file structure, and meaningful comments.

Nice To Have

Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).

Firebase: Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.

Payment integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, IAP).

App security (token storage, certificate pinning).

Mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).

What Were Not Looking For

Someone who needs constant supervision or detailed instructions for every task.

Someone only comfortable with greenfield projects (production means bugs).

Someone looking for top-market salary right now. Compensation grows as we build.
