Finance Controller - AIF

We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech and alternative investments platform that operates across Corporate Lending, Real Estate Finance, Consumer Finance, Affordable Housing, and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to drive financial control, fund accounting, audits, valuations, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management for the AIF business.

Position: AIF Controller

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: CA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

Manage Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, NAV oversight, and MIS reporting

Drive Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Regulatory Compliance

Oversee Valuation processes and financial governance across AIFs and SPVs

Partner with CFO, Auditors, Tax Advisors, Regulators, and Business Teams

Ensure accurate Balance Sheet, P&L, Financial Statements, Disclosures, and Board Reporting

Support strategic financial analysis, business planning, and management reporting

Ideal Candidate:

CA with strong experience in Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Credit Funds, NBFCs, or Investment Platforms

Strong understanding of Fund Accounting, Financial Control, Audit Management, Regulatory Reporting, Valuation Processes, and Financial Operations

Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment

Ability to lead teams and drive process excellence
