Reporting Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities

Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates

Building and maintaining financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses

Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking

Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution

Assisting in deal structuring and fund-raise analysis

Developing and maintaining SOPs for financial analysis and internal processes

Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments, including AIF related work

Requirements:

Qualified CA/ Semi-qualified CA/MBA in finance

0-3 years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.

Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.

Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
