Financial Accountant

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and helping drive financial clarity across the organization. This is a high-impact role with broad visibility into the business.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, filing deadlines, and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 25 years of accounting experience (SaaS or tech industry a plus)
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles
• CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification (or in progress) preferred
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a bonus
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
