The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to joins us as Executive in the Transaction Advisory - Finance & Tax team, with 2-4 years of experience in accounts and compliance, eager to grow into transaction advisory services. You will handle financial records, statutory compliance, and management reporting, while gaining valuable exposure to valuations, due diligence, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Oversee compliance requirements for TDS, GST, PF, PT, and ESIC.
• Contribute to management reporting and financial analysis.
• Assist in transaction advisory projects including valuations, due diligence, and structuring.
• Keep abreast of statutory regulations and reporting standards.

What Were Looking For

• Commerce/Finance graduate with a solid academic foundation.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts, compliance, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, PT, and ESIC compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
• A keen interest in transaction advisory (valuations, due diligence, structuring).
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work under timelines.
