Job Description: Accounting Intern (6 Months Minimum)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Accounting Intern with basic knowledge of general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The role provides hands-on experience in managing financial transactions and supporting daily accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general accounting entries and record maintenance

Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment follow-ups

Assist in accounts payable processes such as invoice verification and processing

Help with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Basic understanding of general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel preferred

Willingness to learn and grow
