Role Overview

The selected professional will play a critical role in driving financial insights, managing invoice reconciliations, and building automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate, issue, track, and monitor customer invoices accurately and within timelines
• Track receivables and monitor customer outstanding balances
• Expert is essentially in charge of all invoice reconciliations, financial insights & drive automation of reconciliation tools
• Provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational and financial
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist during internal and statutory audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree B.Com/M.Com/MBA
• Expertise in Excel - an expert should know how to use and apply all functions of MS Excel and analyse the data.
• Should have worked on Zoho Books
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication
