Job Title: Controller U.S. Books of Accounts
Location: Vadodara, India
Experience: 712 Years

Role Overview
Lead U.S. GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for our U.S. entity from India. Partner with U.S. leadership, auditors, and tax teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end U.S. GAAP accounting & monthly close
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis & management reports
- Strengthen internal controls & ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate audits, tax filings & cross-border reporting
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets & cash flow support
- Drive automation & ERP enhancements (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
Key Requirements
- CA/CPA/CMA with 712 years experience
- 7+ years managing U.S. GAAP financials
- Strong audit, internal controls & compliance background
- ERP proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication & cross-cultural collaboration skills
