Role: Finance Associate

Location: Bangalore, HSR layout.

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to person for our day-to-day finance and accounts operations, working closely with our Finance Manager and collaborating across teams.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Own our Zoho Books setup end-to-end, including invoicing, payables, receivables.
• Reconcile invoices against credit card and bank statements, and invoice clients accurately and on time
• Support month-end closing and ensure our books are always audit-ready.
• Handle statutory compliance with confidence (TDS, PF, PT, and GST) so nothing falls through the cracks
• Partner with other departments to keep financial reporting accurate and timely
• Keep our Bangalore office running smoothly with day-to-day admin support
• Assist business teams with customer documentation
• Jump into ad-hoc projects as they come up

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
• Solid understanding of Indian statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, PT)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
• A team player who communicates clearly and follows through
