Finance/Accounts Manager

BLUE TEA is looking for a Accounts Manager with strong experience in D2C/Ecommerce accounting to manage financial operations, marketplace reconciliations, and compliance while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial accuracy, improving processes,

and delivering actionable insights for business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead endtoend accounts and finance operations including AP, AR, general ledger and

bank reconciliations.

Oversee preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial

statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Ensure timely statutory compliances: GST (GSTR1, 3B, annual), TDS/TCS, income tax,

ROC and other regulatory filings.

Handle internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors and ensure proper

documentation and closure of audit points.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis to support business

decisions for the FMCG/D2C business, marketplace and quick commerce business.

Monitor working capital, cash flow, vendor payments and credit control in

coordination with business and operations teams, including marketplace and quick

commerce channels.

Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and process automation in Tally/ERP and related

tools.

Lead, mentor and review the work of the accounts and finance team.

Qualifications , Experience and Skills Required

• Bcom/Mcom/CAInter/CA or any core accounting degree
• Minimum experience of 4-5 years with some years in Ecommerce business.
• Handson experience in GST (B2B/B2C, einvoicing, reconciliations with GSTR2A/2B), TDS/TCS, and overall direct & indirect tax compliance.
• Experience in handling complete audit cycle, from preaudit preparation to final audit closure and signoff.
