Role: Field Sales Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• 50% Calling: Contact potential customers, explain insurance products, and schedule meetings.
• 50% Field Visits: Meet customers, generate leads, assist with documentation, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.

Eligibility:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: Up to 22,000 In-Hand
• Experienced: Up to 32,800 In-Hand
