Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant

Job Location: Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad.

Office Timings: 9 to 6 ( Monday to Friday)


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative & Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain the VP's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the VP's and internal/external stakeholders.


Communication & Coordination:


  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the VP.
  • Draft, review, and proofread emails, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership teams.


Strategic & Business Support:


  • Conduct research and provide key insights to assist in decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, board presentations, and other strategic documents.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Event & Travel Management:


  • Plan and coordinate business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, visas, and itinerary management.
  • Organise corporate events, conferences, and leadership meetings.


Office & Task Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Letter Drafting & Email Writing), strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in corporate governance and board-related activities.
  • Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
