Job Description
Position : Executive Assistant
Location : Mumbai candidates required only
Industry: FMCG
Working days : Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented individual to serve as the Founders on-ground right-hand in Mumbai. You will drive day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, corporate outreach, and team management for the new venture.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Act as the central operator for home-office setup, prototyping coordination, and logistics.
2. Manage supplier sourcing, prototype production, inventory, and fulfillment for initial drops.
3. Support corporate gifting sales outreach and coordinate pop-ups.
4. Onboard, guide, and manage the R&D Coordinator and Digital Content Coordinator on a day-to-day basis.
5. Handle vendor negotiations, basic compliance, expense tracking, and maintain lean project management.
6. Provide strategic support to the Founder while keeping operations efficient and low-grind.

Goal of the Role (Next 90 Days):
1. Complete team onboarding and home-office setup by end-May 2026.
2. Secure vendors and prototypes for first drops by August 2026.
3. Build initial corporate outreach pipeline for September launch.
Education & Experience
Education (Preferred, not Mandatory)
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Operations or related field.
Experience
1. 47 years as EA/right-hand or operations coordinator in D2C/FMCG/gifting.
2. Strong vendor management and project execution skills.
3. Experience in food/gifting or corporate sales preferred.
4. Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic tools.
Skills Required
1. Strong organizational and execution skills.

3. Project management and timeline tracking skills.
4. Understanding of corporate sales and outreach.
5. Operations management including inventory and logistics.
6. Basic commerce understanding (costing, pricing, margins).

10. High attention to detail.
11. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
