Inside Sales Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Vadodara (In-office)
We are hiring a high-agency operator to work directly with leadership at 22North.
This role combines sales coordination, executive execution, and operational discipline. You will be responsible for ensuring that conversations convert into actions, and actions move to closure.
You will not operate on instructions alone you will be expected to anticipate, prioritise, and drive outcomes.
- Coordinate meetings with enterprise clients and internal teams
- Track pipelines, conversations, and next steps with precision
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups across all active opportunities
- Maintain structured tracking systems (CRM / spreadsheets) with zero leakage
- Manage calendars, meeting cadence, and priorities
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and action trackers
- Filter inbound communication and ensure focus on high-value activities
- Act as an execution layer between intent and outcome
- Create and maintain high-quality lead/account lists
- Conduct targeted research on companies, stakeholders, and markets
- Identify gaps in workflows and introduce structure
- Standardise repeatable processes over time
- Take ownership of increasingly complex tasks over time
- Move from coordination ownership independent execution
- Become a trusted extension of leadership in day-to-day operations
