Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh with remote support to North American Executives who travel back and forth between regions. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, manage schedules, prepare thorough expense reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure the efficient operation of daily activities. This position also involves professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and handling ad hoc tasks as needed. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving will be key to success in this role. Ability to manage and post on social media as required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in preparing and managing accurate Expense Reports
• Proven ability to provide Executive Support in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, calendar management tools)
• Prior experience in a similar role or support position is highly desirable
• Proactivity, confidentiality, and adaptability to shifting priorities
