Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry
  • Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure office cleanliness and proper maintenance
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
