We're looking for an experienced Epicor ERP Support Specialist to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:Provide technical & functional support for Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic)
Troubleshoot issues across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales & Purchasing modules
Develop & maintain BAQs, BPMs, SSRS Reports, Dashboards & Customizations
Support ERP upgrades, patches & system enhancements
Ensure data integrity and perform data audits & cleanup
Conduct user training and prepare system documentation
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain & IT teams
Coordinate with Epicor Support and third-party vendors for escalations
Required Skills:58 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (E10/Kinetic preferred)
Strong knowledge of Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory & Order Management modules
Expertise in BAQs, BPMs, SSRS Reports, Dashboards & Epicor Customization Tools
Strong SQL and relational database skills
Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:Experience with Epicor Kinetic UI & REST APIs
ERP implementation, upgrade or migration experience
Knowledge of C#, Power BI or automation tools
- Understanding of BOMs, Routings, MRP & Production Scheduling
