Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangaluru for an EPCM Project Lead. The EPCM Project Lead will oversee and manage end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction management projects with an emphasis on timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost optimization. Responsibilities include multiple project planning, managing cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and reporting on project performance to relevant parties.
Qualification:
Masters Degree in Project Management or MBA (Preferred)
825 years in Industrial Project Execution
Minimum 810 years in senior leadership roles
Proven experience handling EPC/EPCM projects > 300 Cr

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Lead full EPCM lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
Define project execution strategy and governance framework.
Align project goals with organizational objectives.
Build high-performance cross-functional teams.
2. Engineering Management
Oversee basic & detailed engineering deliverables.
Ensure design optimization, value engineering, and compliance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Process).
3. Contract Management
Monitor procurement timelines and cost control.
Manage vendor performance and risk mitigation.
4. Construction Management
Supervise site execution teams.
Ensure adherence to schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks.
Resolve critical site issues and bottlenecks.
Monitor contractor productivity and performance.
5. Commercial & Financial Support
Control project budgets, cash flow, and forecasting.
Review variations and change orders.
Drive cost optimization initiatives.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management
Primary interface with client leadership.
Conduct review meetings and progress presentations.
Manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Risk & Compliance
Implement risk management frameworks.
Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
Drive HSE excellence culture at site.
8. Commissioning & Handover
Lead commissioning planning and execution.
Ensure smooth project closure and documentation.
