Enterprise Risk Manager

We are looking out for Enterprise Risk Manager with experience in risk management, audit, compliance, often requiring prior managerial experience.

Location:- Kanjurmarg(Mumbai)

Experience Required:-

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, often requiring prior managerial experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

Risk Framework:

• Review and maintain robust risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization.

Risk Identification & Assessment:

• Identify and quantify potential risks (operational, financial, compliance, reputational, market, liquidity) by conducting assessments and reviewing ongoing business activities.

Reporting & Governance:

• Draft and prepare incident loss reports, risk dashboards, and provide regular reporting to senior executives and the board.

Culture & Training:

• Promote and drive a risk awareness culture across departments through training, interaction, and fostering proactive risk reporting.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure alignment with changing regulations and internal policies.
• Co-ordination, Collation and Presentation of risk assessment decks to be presented in the Board / Senior Management meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or engineering.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• ISO 31000 training,Risk Management Principles and Understanding of 3 lines of defense model
• Good communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate across teams, Understanding of Operational, Credit, Liquidity & Market Risk, Review and Maintain Enterprise wide Risk Register and Control, Understanding on RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment), Review and update KRI (Key Risk Indicators), Risk Governance & Compliance
