Enterprise Platform Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Storage AI Architect with strong expertise in storage architectures, cloud stack technologies, AI/ML, and product engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable storage solutions, stack-level programming, Kubernetes-based environments, and AI-driven intelligent storage systems. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring deep technical expertise and innovation mindset.

Exp- 15+ yrs

Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design next-generation storage and cloud stack solutions with focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Work on storage datapath optimization and stack-level programming for high-performance systems.
• Design and integrate AI/ML-powered capabilities into storage and cloud platforms.
• Develop scalable solutions using Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to drive end-to-end architecture and product innovation.
• Apply AI/ML, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision techniques to solve complex storage and infrastructure challenges.
• Drive architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and system integration across multiple platforms.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives, scalability, and profitability goals.
• Mentor teams on ar chitecture best practices, innovation, and advanced engineering concepts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Architecture roles focused on Storage / Cloud Stack technologies
• Strong background in Product Engineering and System Design
• Hands-on expertise in Storage Architecture, Data Path, and Stack-Level Programming
• Experience with Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Platforms
• Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Strong programming and debugging skills in system-level environments
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and integration architectures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

• Proven track record of technology innovation, patents, or successful product deployments
• Strong storage domain and business acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
