Engineering Manager Industrial Automation

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end engineering operations for industrial automation projects. The role requires strong technical depth in PLC/SCADA systems along with leadership in project execution, team management, and client coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design, development, and execution of automation projects
- Handle complete project lifecycle (design FAT commissioning SAT)
- Coordinate with clients for technical discussions and approvals
- Manage engineering team workload, planning, and delivery tracking
- Review electrical drawings, control panel design, and BOM
- Ensure compliance with industrial standards and safety protocols
- Support estimation, proposal preparation, and technical bidding
- Troubleshoot site issues and ensure smooth commissioning
Technical Expertise Required
- PLC, HMI & Drives knowledge.
- PLC & VFD Control Panel Design
- Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Control panel design understanding
- LT Panel Design expertise.
- Leadership Skills
- Team handling (520 engineers)
- Project planning & execution control
- Client communication & reporting
- Problem-solving under pressure
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech (EEE / ECE / Instrumentation / Mechatronics)
