Key Requirements

1416 years of overall experience

Minimum 4+ years in people management

Managed 1015+ team members

Strong experience in:

• Performance management & appraisal cycles
• Promotions & career progression planning
• Handling attrition, retention strategies & conflict resolution
• A decision-maker who can drive team outcomes independently

Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive team vision aligned with business goals
• Lead performance discussions, goal setting, and development planning
• Own team outcomes, delivery, and operational excellence
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Business & Execution

• Build and execute team roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
• Provide regular updates on progress and performance
• Manage resources, priorities, and operational challenges effectively

Technical Leadership

• Guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and product teams
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues and customer concerns

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET & Angular
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems & Microservices Architecture
• Expertise in:
• Caching, Queuing, Serialization
• Resiliency & Scalability patterns
• Tools: Splunk, Kibana, Jenkins, Airflow
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles & design patterns

Additional Skills

• API development (REST, OpenAPI)
• DevOps & CI/CD practices
• Handling Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
