Role Objective

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a strong focus on process excellence, policy adherence, and employee experience.

This role ensures seamless HR operations, high data accuracy, and a positive employee journey including well-managed Happy Exits

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage the complete employee journey from onboarding to exit with a structured, process-driven approach

Process Improvement & RCA

Continuously review HR processes, identify gaps through root cause analysis, and implement improvements

Policy & SOP Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and standard operating procedures across the organization

Data Management

Maintain highly accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

Exit & Separation Management

Handle end-to-end exit processes ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience

People Analytics

Track key HR metrics such as attrition, trends, and engagement insights; present actionable data

to leadership

Strong ownership and accountability mindset with agility

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / PGDM in HR (Mandatory)

36 years of experience in HRBP / HR Operations

Excellent communication skills Must Have
