Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronics Lead, based in Bengaluru. The Electronics Lead will oversee the design, development, and testing of electronic systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, reviewing and optimizing designs, managing project timelines, and providing mentorship and direction to team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, with a strong understanding of electronic design, circuitry, components, and system design, regulatory approvals, testing and delivery
• Min 3 years of experience in Electronics products design and their practical applications
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve engineering problems, and innovate
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in project management and leadership in a technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or MSc, or a related field
• Familiarity with sectors such as Defence, Aerospace, or Telecom is a plus
