We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, simulation, fabrication, testing, and qualification of electro-mechanical actuation systems for space applications. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in mechanics, actuation systems, control systems, and hands-on engineering experience.


Design, develop, simulate, fabricate, and test electro-mechanical actuation systems for space applications.

Collaborate with machinists and technicians to ensure systems meet design and manufacturing specifications.

Translate electro-mechanical drawings into detailed engineering specifications using principles of engineering, thermal sciences, fluid sciences, mathematics, and statistics.

Analyse and implement engineering designs involving logic circuitry, motor controls, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.

Coordinate manufacturing support, testing, and documentation activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Examine, prepare, and verify technical drawings and electrical system specifications.

Modify and optimize designs to resolve operational deficiencies and reduce fabrication challenges.

Conduct quality checks on engineering documents, reports, calculations, and technical data.

Evaluate and execute commercial, military, and customer specifications related to materials, processes, and finishes.

Support testing and qualification activities of electro-mechanical systems for space missions.

M.E./M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Experience with automated drafting, 3D modelling systems, and engineering analysis software.

Hands-on experience in design, engineering, fabrication, and testing of components and assemblies.


Strong understanding of mechanics, actuation systems, mechanisms, and control systems.

Proficiency in engineering design principles and manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and precision.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong technical documentation and reporting capabilities.
