Electrical BIM Modeler

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and prior exposure to USA-based electrical projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and coordinate electrical layouts, power plans, lighting plans, conduit routing, panel schedules, and single-line diagrams for US-based projects.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated models.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project standards, BIM requirements, and client expectations.
• Perform model updates and revisions based on project changes and markups.
• Independently manage assigned tasks while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
• Support project documentation and coordination throughout different project stages.

Requirements:

• 12 years of professional experience in Electrical BIM Modeling using Autodesk Revit.
• Mandatory experience working on USA-based projects.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and BIM workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and US electrical drafting practices.
• Experience working in a collaborative BIM environment.
