We are looking for an experienced EE Project Leader with strong expertise in automotive Electrical & Electronic (EE) systems, program delivery, and cross-functional leadership across vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end EE program delivery across milestones, drive execution of EE scope (architecture, integration, validation), ensure on-time/on-quality/on-cost delivery, lead cross-domain coordination (Body, Chassis, Powertrain, ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics), manage delivery plans and schedules, track risks/issues and drive mitigation, manage supplier performance, ensure compliance with OEM processes, support vehicle builds and SOP readiness, act as interface across engineering and program teams, and provide program status reporting to leadership.

Required Skills: Strong understanding of automotive EE systems and integration, experience in managing complex EE programs, expertise in program planning and execution, knowledge of OEM V-cycle and gateway reviews, understanding of ISO 26262, and strong stakeholder and escalation management.

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, DOORS/Polarion (preferred).

Preferred: OEM/Tier1 experience, prior EE Delivery/Project Lead roles, exposure to global programs, strong supplier management.

Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech Automotive / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
