Job Description
Ecommerce Specialist will own revenue and P&L for assigned products across online marketplaces, driving growth through pricing, promotions, advertising strategy, and platform-led initiatives. This is a sales-oriented, strategic role, not an operations role, requiring strong understanding of how e-commerce and digital marketing work together to scale revenue. This is not an Ecommerce Operations role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue, sales targets, and P&L for assigned products across e-commerce platforms
- Drive growth strategy across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and relevant quick commerce portals
- Define advertising strategy (on-platform & off-platform)
- Recommend pricing, promotions, and deal strategies to maximise sales and margins
- Identify and execute brand visibility and assortment growth initiatives on marketplaces
- Manage relationships with platform category managers, vendor partners, and resellers
- Track performance metrics and take corrective actions to deliver revenue growth
