About the Role:

Sotbella is seeking an experienced and detail-driven E-commerce / Operations Executive with 35 years of experience to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations. The role involves overseeing platform performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces)
• Oversee order lifecycle: order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch
• Ensure accurate and updated product listings, cataloging, and pricing
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan stock replenishment
• Handle returns, exchanges, and escalations efficiently
• Track and analyze KPIs such as sales performance, order fulfillment rates, and returns
• Work closely with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, sales, and promotions
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in E-commerce / Operations (preferably in fashion/apparel)
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Good understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data analysis)
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Team player with strong ownership mindset
• Immediate joiners preferred
